were is the fuse for the horn located ?

Answer
There is a 15A horn fuse in the underhood fuse box, as is the horn relay.  The fuse powers both the coil and contact sides of the horn relay, so if you can hear the the horn relay click when the horn pad is depressed, you can conclude the fuse is good.  

The single most common cause of a horn to not work is failure of the horn itself.
