Hyundai Repair: 04 XG350L cigarette lighter, cigarette lighter, fuse box

Hello,I recently began having issues with the cigarette lighter and power outlets in my vehicle,I have a power outlet inside the middle console as well as one in the rear seat and all 3 have not been working,I am trying to figure out if it is a fuse but do not know which fuse to look at first unless this is another issue and not a fuse.

The lighter and both outlets are powered by the same 20A fuse.  According to the diagram, it's fuse #15 in the dash fuse box (under the driver's side of the dash).  Presuming the diagram is correct, it should be four from the left and three up from the bottom.
