Hyundai Repair: Hub centric wheel spacers., 2007 hyundai tiburon, wheel spacer

Question
Is it safe to install a 3/4 inch hub centric wheel spacer on the rear hubs of a 2007 hyundai tiburon and what would be any adverse affects of doing so?

Answer
I don't have all the engineering data available to me to be able to determine whether this is safe.  

Potential issues can be:
-- Wheel studs not long enough to safely accommodate spacer.
-- Additional force on rear suspension due to longer lever arm.  This can cause abnormal handling and abnormal suspension wear.
-- Additional pressure on rear tires due to lower intersection of wheel vertical center line and strut center line.  This can cause the same issues as the item immediately above as well as abnormal tire wear.
-- Insufficient contact area between wheel and spacer, potentially causing wheel to crack and fracture.
