Hyundai Repair: torque readings, oil pressure switch, e mail address

hey mate...i am currently working on an excel with an X3 twin cam sprint motor, would you be able to email me the complete torque specs for head and engine if you know them? as i cannot find them anywhere and the woman owner wont pay for a manual.thanks dylan

Hi, Dylan.  I've cut and pasted the torque values from the shop manual for the 1.5 DOHC engine.  Based on your description, I'm not entirely sure if this is the engine you have.  I'm limited to sending these via the website here since, for privacy reasons, the website doesn't disclose to me your e-mail address.

In the chart below, the first set of numbers is N-m, the second is kg-cm, and the third is lb-ft.

If you don't have the 1.5 DOHC engine, follow up and let me know which engine you have.  If it's used here in the U.S., I should be able to get you the specs.  In addition, you should also be able to sign up for an account yourself at www.hmaservice.com at no charge.  Keep in mind that since this site is for U.S. vehicles, there may be some differences, but if you're able to figure out what the differences are, the information should be helpful.
