Hyundai Repair: 99 Accent, fuel management system, wiring schematics

Question
I have no ground at the fuel pump or relay, where does the ground come from? Is it from the Ecm or the body, I cant find any wiring schematics!

Answer
If the fuel management system is comparable to that of the U.S. models, it may be useful for you to register for an account at www.hmaservice.com.  Simply go to "service information" and "ETM," and select the year and model of your car.  Then select the schematic diagram you wish to see.

The fuel pump relay coil is grounded by the ECM.  If this ground isn't activated, suspect that your ECM isn't turning on either due to lack of ignition power or lack of ground.

The fuel pump itself is always grounded at ground point G06.  In the hatchback, this is near the left tail lamp.  In the four door, it's behind the left side of the rear seat.
