Hyundai Repair: Fender, exact location, fender

Question
I know that you do not do body work but this is kind of stupid, what part attaches the fender to the car. I know it has to be screwed in but I was in an accident and there is a bar bent behind the fender and I am trying to replace it but do not know what it is called.

Without knowing the exact location of this bar and whether it is vertical or horizontal, it's difficult for me to determine which item you're referring to.  I will say that most items behind the fender are welded in place and aren't do-it-yourselfer serviceable.
