Hyundai Repair: 2002 accent 3-door, fog lamps, dashboard lights

We have a problem with our exterior lighting.  Our driving lights will not work, but the high beams do.  The dashboard lights only work in high beam mode.  We have checked the fuses and all seems well.  Any ideas?

Hi, Yvette.  I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "driving lights," so I'd like to determine for certain which lamps we're talking about.  Please let me know whether the following operate normally:

-- fog lamps, usually in bottom of bumper cover, if equipped.
-- low beam headlamps
-- high beam headlamps
-- park/tail lamps.

Also, do your dash lamps come on when you turn on the parking lamps?  If not, do they come on if you push the headlamp switch lever to the forward position (but don't turn on the headlamps)?
