Are there any instructions with pictures which i can get in the internet showing the steps to replace both window motors on my 2003 2.7l Tiburon? or can you send me your process?

Most of what you'll need is in the door removal section of the shop manual at www.hmaservice.com.  You'll need to register for a free account there, and the site requires Internet Explorer.  

Obviously, since the procedure is for removing the entire door, you won't need to perform all the steps, just those involving removing the regulator.  In most cases, you'll be able to swap the motor without removing the regulator from the door.  Once you have the interior trim panel off, unbolt the three bolts holding the motor to the door panel, swing it down, and unbolt it from the regulator through one of the holes in the door.
