Answer
Hi, Carlos.  I'm sorry it's been so long for you to receive an answer.  It appears that a previous expert left and the questions he didn't answer were simply dumped into the system.  I didn't check here very frequently because the questions all appeared to be at least six months old.  Now, I'm trying to whittle them down little by little along with my other questions.  If you are still having the issue and need more information than I've provided, please follow-up with me.

The following comes with the disclaimer that I don't actually recall having removed a Tucson door panel yet.  It is based on the information at www.hmaservice.com, which you can view if you register for a free account.  The information is in the sections on door removal/installation.

To remove the front door panel, pry off the inside triangular mirror cover and remove the six screws holding the door panel in place:
-- three on the rear edge of the door panel, under trim plugs
-- one on the top front of the door, under a trim plug
-- one under the pull handle (possibly behind a trim plug)
-- one in the door handle bezel (behind a plastic cover).  Remove the door handle bezel, and then snap the trim panel loose from the door by pulling outward at the bottom.  Once loose from the door, lift off the window sill and disconnect the electrical connectors.

Removing the rear trim panel is similar to the front except that there is no mirror cover to remove.  The screws are in similar positions and are equal in number to the front door panel.
