Hyundai Repair: Hyundai Santa Fe Radio Problem, hyundai santa fe, electrical diagnosis

My 2005 Santa Fe (15,000 miles) radio has no volume at all. All the lights ,etc.. are there,but absolutely no sound. Not even a hiss.It was working fine last night.What's wrong?

Depending on which radio system you have, the problem could be with the radio, the amp, a shorted speaker, or a shorted speaker wire.

Since you're still within the warranty period for both the radio and all the other components of the system, I'd recommend taking it to the dealer and letting them figure it out.  Ultimately, there could be a significant amount of electrical diagnosis involved.
