Hyundai Repair: door lock, 2003 hyundai tiberon, door latch

i have a 2003 hyundai tiberon and i cannot open the drivers door....is there a fuse that i can take out or how can i release the door, so i can open

This situation usually arises when a latch spring breaks or the lock actuator jams.  You'll need to insert something down into the door, pry the plastic cover off the door latch, and try to manipulate the latch with a long rod down into the window opening to get it to unlock and open the door.  

You should expect that you'll need to replace the door latch.
