Hyundai Repair: water coming into car., hyundais, heater core

I'm helping a friend out and they say that water is coming into the car (from radiator)steaming up windows and floor is completely soaked,any ideas as to what and will i have have to take the dash completly off(easy job?).

Coolant on the interior of the car typically indicates the heater core is leaking.  On most Hyundais, replacing the heater core will require removing the dash, which is a significant undertaking.  

If you follow up with the year and model of your car as well as whether it has a/c, I can tell you what's required to replace the heater core.
