Hyundai Repair: Hyundai Latra 99 - Warm starts, fuel management systems, latra

I am having a horrible time with my car, it starts fine from a cold start but warm starts are horrible as they very rarely happen.  What could be causing this.  it also seems to loose revs very easily sometimes even stalling when I am breaking.  it is an auto.

Please Help!!!!!!!!

First, I'd recommend checking to see if any diagnostic trouble codes are stored in the engine control module (ECM).  Even if your check engine lamp is not on, there may be a pending code indicating the nature of the problem.

Presuming your car cranks but doesn't start, you'll want to determine whether you have spark and fuel pressure when the problem is occurring.  This will help you know what system(s) to check.  You could have low fuel pressure or one of any number of problems with the fuel management systems.
