Hyundai Repair: Rear Strut removal 1999 Elantra, rear strut, luggage compartment

How do I get to the top three nuts on the rear strut. It's
behind the luggage compartment trim panel? How do I remove it?

Answer
You'll need to remove the side bolster for the rear seat back.  There should be one 12mm bolt at the base of the bolster (accessible through the crack between the bolster and the seat bottom) holding the bolster in place.  Once the bolt is out, you should be able to lift the bolster out of place.
