i live in england.  my hyundai is approx 7/8 years old. hyundai accent sienna. i think its size 1.3 (if there is such a size, im a woman and dont have a clue about them).
it has been standing for about 8 months, started up straight away,  i went to use it the other day and turned the engine on and tried to move it, wheels have stuck but my main problem is that oil just poured out at the front somewhere. please help what do i do,

Answer
When a car sits for long periods of time, the wheels typically stick because of rust buildup on the rotors and drums.  Often, simply attempting to drive the car will break them free.

The oil is a different issue.  You'll need to have the car towed to a service facility to determine the location of the oil leak and repair it.  It's possible it's nothing more than a rusted out oil filter, but it's also possible one of the engine seals has come out.
