Hyundai Repair: RR window regulator, power window regulator, window switch

Question
Looking for tech help to remove door panel and replace right rear power window regulator on '99 Elantra. Motor seems to be good. I can hear it. Is regulator available without motor?
Thank you for any help you can offer.

Answer
For your car, the regulator and motor come as one assembly.

First, you'll need to remove the door panel.  Remove the screw from the door handle and slide forward to release from the door.  Remove the screw from the pull grip and those around the outside edge of the door trim panel.  Pull the trim panel loose from the bottom and up the sides.  Once it's loose, lift off the window sill and unplug the window switch.

Next, pull the plastic away from the openings in the door.  Unbolt the window from the regulator, slide all the way up and tape or otherwise hold in place.

Next, disconnect the motor electrical connector and unbolt the regulator and motor from the door.  Remove through the hole in the bottom of the door.

Installation is the reverse of removal.
