Hyundai Repair: Hyundai Accent 200 Flashing light, fuel delivery system, air intake system

Question
I bought this car a week back.It works great except that when i shift grears from lower to higher and push the pedal little more than required the check light flashes. Some times it does not on 5th gear i went 300 miles straight at 65 to 70 miles/hour but i never saw the light once but when i climb hilly areas it flashs then i change to lower gears.

Now my question is i read from previous posts that its a misfire from cylinders,so how to repair it, what to repair,  how to explain to auto repair shop,do u know approx how much it costs for the misfire repair.
I don't know much about cars can u please help me.

Answer
How much it costs to repair your misfire problem will depend on the specific cause of the misfire.  Most misfires are caused by secondary ignition system (plugs, wires, coil) failures.  But it's also possible that the problem could be with the fuel delivery system, the air intake system, or a part of the engine.

The only thing you'll need to explain to the repair shop is what you've explained to me here.  They should be able to take that information and accurately diagnose the car to determine the cause of your problem.
