Question
Can you explain how to operate the twp buttons on the remote key so as to lock doors, set alarm or  set immobiliser singely on collectively

Answer
All doors should lock when the large button is depressed.
All doors should unlock when the small button is depressed.
If the vehicle is locked with the remote, the alarm should arm when all doors and the hood are shut.  This is indicated by a single flash of the hazard lamps.
Unlocking the vehicle with the remote will disarm the alarm.  The hazard lamps should flash twice when the vehicle is unlocked with remote.
U.S. models of the 2003 Elantra aren't equipped with the immobilizer feature.  When the alarm sounds, however, the vehicle will not start.
