Hyundai Repair: Power window disorder, hyundai sonata, little gap

Question
I cannot close my window (front right) completely.  There is always a little gap (just about 2mm).  What am I supposed to do with it?

This is a common problem on 1999 - 2002 Sonatas.  The plastic piece on the upper part of the regulator has cracked and moved, getting in the way of full window movement.

You can either replace the entire regulator or service with a repair kit that Hyundai has developed for this problem.  If you don't have one already, register for a free account at www.hmaservice.com (requires Internet Explorer) and look at technical service bulletin (TSB) 02-80-001.  It'll detail the procedures for repair and replacement of the regulator, and will have many very good pictures.
