Hyundai Repair: crank shaft sensor, throttle position sensor, crankshaft sensor

Question
I have a 1998 Hyundai Tiburon (2.4L engine)that I need to replace the TPS (throttle position sensor) and crankshaft sensor.  Can you tell me what the volt meter reading should be when I replace the crankshaft sensor?  Also replacing the fuel filter... is it easily located?? or is it in the fuel tank? Is the TPS easy to find?  Your response is invaluable!!!  Thanks, Andy

Answer
I'm not quite sure what you're asking regarding the voltmeter reading when replacing the crankshaft sensor.  What are you trying to read with the voltmeter?

The fuel filter is on the left (driver's) side frame rail just behind the air filter box and in front of/beside/below the master cylinder.

Sorry, Andy.  Forgot about the TPS in my original reply.  The throttle position sensor is on the throttle body on the throttle shaft on the end opposite the lever to which the throttle cable attaches.
