i have a 2.4 runs great, but idols rough .i put new plugs and wires.it just like its idol is to low .is there any where besides the cable to turn it up.

If you're referring to a general vibration of the vehicle while idling in gear, that's a characteristic of vehicles with the 2.4 engine.  The idle is computer controlled.  Efforts to change the idle will result in other issues and possibly a check engine lamp.
