I have a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe and my wipers are getting stuck on each other. The driver side will not work majority of the time and when it does raise, the passenger side will get buckled under. Motor seems to be fine. They will raise.

Most likely, the driver's side wiper arm pivot nut has come loose.  Turn the ignition on, turn the wipers off, allow them to park, and turn the ignition back off.  Set the wipers to the proper position and tighten the nuts at the bottom of the wiper arms.
