Hyundai Repair: hyundi 96 excel, camshaft timing, fuel lines

gday I have a 96 excel it sat not started for about 7 months because i was away i got back & tryed to start it but wont start i checked for spark & theres plenty but the fuel was milked so i toped it up but still wont start if you could help in anyway i thankyou very much thanks again.

You should probably first check to see whether you have fuel pressure.  

If okay, then check to make sure your camshaft timing is correct.

If both of those are okay, I'd suspect the fuel itself is your issue.  In that case, you'll need to completely drain the tank and flush the fuel lines.
