Hyundai Repair: 1994 hyundai excel, fuel pump relay, hyundai excel

not getting fuel, feel like the problem is with the fuel pump or fuel pump relay. problem is i don't know where either is located. any help will be greatly appreciated.

The fuel pump is located in the tank.  Unfortunately, if that's the problem, you'll need to drop the tank to replace it.  You can access the electrical connector at the rear of the fuel tank, however, to see if you have power and ground.

The fuel pump relay is part of what's called the ECM control relay.  It's a very large gold-colored relay with about an 8-pin connector behind the driver's dash.  Unfortunately, the service website doesn't have component locations for vehicles this old.  If I recall correctly, it's bolted to the inside of the a-pillar behind the dash.
