Hyundai Repair: crankshaft pully removal, crankshaft pulley, pulley bolt

Question
I'm trying to remove the bolt from the crank shaft pully on a hyundai elantra. which way do you turn the bolt is it reverse thread or normal?

Answer
The crankshaft pulley bolt is threaded normally-- turn counter-clockwise to remove.  If you're using a good impact wrench, it should come out without too much difficulty.  If you're using hand tools, you'll need to remove the cover on the other end of the engine and block the flywheel from turning.
