Hyundai Repair: power steering problem, rack pinion, pulley

The question is, when i start the car every morning i cannot turn the wheel.I see the belt going around the pulley on the steering pump.I have to wait around two minutes for me to be possible to turn the wheel.I replace the pump new and i install a remanufactured rack pinion. I don`t now what to do any more.

Hi, Nuno.  I'll need a little more information to help you with your issue.

1.  What year and model car do you have?  If it's a Sonata or Santa Fe, which engine do you have?

2.  Is the fluid at the proper level?

3.  You say that when you attempt to turn the wheel, you see the belt going around the pulley.  Does the pulley turn or stay still?
