Can you please tell me how to remove one of the fog lights? I need to change the bulb. Thank you.

It's easiest to replace the bulb without removing the lamp.  You'll need to reach up from under and behind the bumper cover to reach the bulb.  Grab the electrical connector (which is attached to the bulb) and twist the connector and bulb counter-clockwise and pull the bulb out.  If you have trouble getting behind the bumper cover, you can remove the two retainers on the fender liner and pull the front portion of it down to get more accessibility.
