Answer
Hi, Mario.  I'm not familiar at all with the 1300cc engine since it's not available in the U.S., so my answers will be general to engines with hydraulic lash adjusters rather than specific to your engine.

If the car sits for a few days or more, it's normal to get some tappet noise for a period of time on the initial start.  If it occurs for more than a few seconds after sitting only overnight, then you may have a problem.

Some oil filters do not have anti-drainback valves, and this could be causing your problem.  If this is the case, solving your problem could be as simple as doing an oil and filter change and using a factory filter.

Most often, problems with tappet noise occur because the oil hasn't been changed frequently enough, and the oil doesn't properly reach the tappets.

I wouldn't recommend Slick 50 for this type of issue (or for any engine ever).  Slick 50 uses teflon and I have heard reports-- I haven't done any verifying-- of people having problems with proper oiling after using Slick 50.  If you want to try an additive, I'd recommend STP since it tends to thicken the oil, and this will make it more difficult for the oil to bleed out of the lash adjusters.
