On most Hyundais, there's a wheel into which a Phillips screwdriver is inserted.  If you can tell me what model you have, I may be able to provide more specifics about where you can locate the adjuster.

Also, unless your car has been involved in a collision, there should be little need to adjust the headlamps.  The vast majority of cars I see where customers cite poor headlamp adjustment have the bulbs impproperly installed.  You should make sure the bulbs are properly oriented in the headlamps and securely clipped in place.
