Hyundai Repair: Problems, camshaft timing, proper fuel

Question
I have a 99 Elantra 2.0 I was driving recently and the car just turned off while I was driving and Quit It turns over but its not starting and the battery is fine what should I do

Answer
You'll want to try to narrow the scope of things it could be.

Check to see if the check engine lamp comes on when you turn the key to the "on" position.  If it does, it means that your engine computer is at least powered up.

Check to see whether you have spark.  Check to see whether you have proper fuel pressure.  Check to see if the camshaft timing is correct.

Once you figure out what sort of problem you have, you can begin investigating things that would cause that sort of problem.
