Hyundai Repair: 2003 Sabta Fe stalls when ideling, sabta, best bet

My Santa Fe has stalled twice when I'm stopped with the brakes on.  It starts up no problem after the stall.  It happened once, and then again 3 months later

I don't recall seeing anything like that.  Nor are there any service bulletins about known problems causing the stalling you describe.  Your best bet is probably to take it in to the dealer and let them have a brief look at it.  It's possible that whatever occurred stored a trouble code in the appropriate control module but didn't turn on the check engine lamp.  If there are no trouble codes in the engine or transmission module, then it'll be pretty much impossible to locate and repair the problem unless the service technician can experience it.
