-----Question-----
I was tinkering with my rear light (right side) assembly when a fuse seemed to have blown. I don't have park lights now and gauge lights. Where can I find the fuse? Is this just a fuse or relay problem?
-----Answer-----
You've probably blown one of the tail lamp fuses.  Each fuse controls the parking lamps on one side of the vehicle.  One of them also controls the interior lamps.

Some vehicles have these fuses in the underhood fuse box and others have them in the interior fuse box.  Without knowing the year and model of your car, I won't be able to tell you where they are.  If you have trouble finding them, let me know the year and model of the car, and I'll try to give you the exact location of the fuse box where they are.

Answer
Fuse #3 (10A - red) in the dash fuse box controls the right side parking lamps and the dash illumination.  The fuse box is inside the end cover on the driver's side of the dash.  There'll be a diagram on the dash end cover telling you briefly what each fuse does.  Unfortunately, the information I have doesn't specifically tell me the label, and I don't think your diagram will have the fuse numbers on it.  Look for something like "tail rh" as a description.

Fuse #7 (10A - red) controls the left side parking lamps.
