Answer
You'll need a way of supporting the transmission end of the engine since you'll be taking out three of the engine/trans mounts.  Other than that, it's a fairly routing clutch replacement.  I'll list steps below.  You can see diagrams and a slightly different procedure at www.hmaservice.com.  You'll need to register for a free account, and the site requires Internet Explorer.  Note that the procedure below is from memory, and while I've tried to include all necessary steps, I may have left something out.  I encourage you to review the transmission removal procedure at www.hmaservice.com as well, just for reference.

1.  Remove the air box.
2.  Remove the battery and battery tray.
3.  Disconnect the shift cables from the transmission.
4.  Disconnect the speedometer cable from the transmission.
5.  Remove the clutch release cylinder from the transmission.
6.  Disconnect the reverse lamp switch connector.
7.  Remove the two 14mm  bolts holding the starter in place.
8.  Remove the two 17mm bolts attaching the top of the transmission to the engine.
9.  Remove the 10mm bolt holding the engine spacer plate to the transmission.
10.  Remove the 14mm nut holding the release bearing lever to the transmission.
11.  Remove the lever, turn it upside down, and reinstall it on the transmission with the 14mm nut (finger tight).
12.  Remove the transmission mount.
13.  Remove the front wheels.
14.  Remove the tie rod ends from the knuckles.
15.  Remove the two 17mm bolts attaching the struts to the knuckles.
16.  Remove the under engine splash shields.
17.  Drain the oil from the transmission.
18.  Remove the 32mm nuts holding the axles in place and remove the axles.
19.  Unbolt the flywheel cover from the transmission.
20.  Support the transmission end of the engine.
21.  Remove the four 17mm bolts holding the crossmember in place.
22.  Remove the two 14mm bolts attaching the lower portion of the transmission to the engine.
23.  Remove the transmission from the engine (HEAVY! DO NOT DROP, ESPECIALLY ONTO YOURSELF).
24.  Remove the pressure plate and clutch assembly.
25.  Install the new throwout bearing onto the shift fork in the bell housing, and rotate all the way onto the input shaft collar as far back as it will go.
26.  Install the new clutch and pressure plate.
27.  Reinstall the transmission onto the engine and secure in place with the two 14mm bolts.
28.  Reattach the crossmember to the body.
29.  Reattach the flywheel cover to the transmission.
30.  Reinstall the axles, using new cotter pins in the axle nuts.
31.  Reattach the knuckles to the struts.
32.  Reattach the tie rod ends, using new cotter pins.
33.  Fill the transmission with gear oil.
34.  Reinstall the under covers.
35.  Reinstall the wheels.
36.  Using the release lever, snap the throwout bearing into the pressure plate.
37.  Reinstall the release lever in its original orientation, fully tightening the 14mm nut.
38.  Reinstall the transmission mount.
39.  Reinstall the 10mm engine plate bolt.
40.  Reinstall the two 17mm transmission attaching bolts.
41.  Reinstall the starter, being sure to attach the ground wire to the upper bolt.
42.  Reinstall the release cylinder.
43.  Reinstall the speedometer cable.
44.  Reinstall the shift cables.
45.  Reconnect the reverse lamp switch.
46.  Reinstall the battery tray and battery.
47.  Reinstall the air box.
