Answer
Hi, Mike.  I'm not sure which vehicle this is or whether it's similar to a U.S. vehicle.  If you let me know what year your car is, I may be able to figure it out.  If you know that it's marketed in the U.S., it would also help if you can tell me the name used in the U.S. market.  In any event, I'm aware of two basic systems used by Hyundai for rotor attachment.  I've described them below in the hopes that will help.

On some cars, the rotor is mounted behind (and bolted onto) the wheel hub.  If that's the case, you'll need to remove the axle nut and and remove the wheel hub to get the rotor off.

On other cars, the rotor simply slides onto the lugs and the wheel sandwiches it in place between the hub and wheel when you tighten the lug nuts.  On many of these vehicles, the rotor rusts in place and must be struck with a sizeable hammer to remove.  If you plan on saving or reusing the rotors, use a heavy plastic or brass hammer to avoid damaging them.
