Hyundai Repair: KEYLESS REMOTE, power locks, lamp work

both remotes dont work. HAVE CHANGE TO NEW BATERIES,FUSE IS OK. 2004 SONATA 6CYL. 30000 MILES.  THANKS

Hi, Henry.  I'll assume that the remotes were working and are not working now.  Let me know if that's incorrect, and please let me know the following:

1.  Do the power locks operate normally from the lock switch on the driver's door master switch?
2.  Does the LED on the remote illuminate when you depress one of the remote buttons?
3.  Does your dome lamp work?
4.  Did the remotes stop working immediately after some repair work was done on the vehicle?  If so, what work was done?
