Hyundai Repair: hyundai elantra headlights, hyundai elantra, fuse block

Question
I have a 2001 Hyundai Elantra.  My headlights don't work on dim.  They only work on bright.  I know where the fuse panel is, but I cannot locate the diagram to tell which fuse goes with which part of the car.  Does anyone know where I can find a diagram to tell me which fuse to check.  There's not one in the owner's manual. Does anyone know which fuse to check?

The diagram for the fuses is on the fuse box cover for the underhood fuse block and the back of the coin box you'll need to remove for the inside fuse block.

I'd recommend however, that you start by checking the bulbs.  Even when both headlamps are out, the bulbs are much more frequently the cause than all other causes combined.
