QuestionHmmm, now I am curious. I will hope the wiring is the problem or maybe the abs module is to blame? From what I can tell, the wires look ok, the white,pink and green ones. (hma service is great!) I did notice one thing, on my scanner, when I set it to view data, the MPH says 0 but the speedometer works. Thanks!
AnswerThe speedometer operates off of the sensor on the differential of the transmission. That's why it works while your scanner still reads 0 MPH.
If the wiring is okay-- you should still check it electrically if you haven't yet done so-- then we're pretty much at a guessing point as to whether it's the ABS module or ECM. Since you say the ECM is remanufactured, I think it's far more likely the problem is in the ECM than the ABS module.
