Hyundai Repair: Head lights, hyundai dealer, slow blow

OK,here is my problem. i have a 1987 excel an when the car is cold an only cold,it blows the slow blow for the head lights but when warm an i put a new fuse in the lights work ok,dont know why but it only cold what do you think it may be,i love the car only 25k like new no other problems like people say,so any help be nice.

I'm sorry to say I have never seen a problem like that, I checked my computer data and can't come up with a wiring diagram for that model. All I can say is that if you have a Hyundai dealer in your area that has been there for a long time they may still have manuals for that car. Without them there is little I can do for you.
