Hyundai Repair: electrical, hyunday accent, thermal fuse

Question
I don't have power in my cigarette lighter outlet in my 1996 Hyunday Accent. I was wondering if there is a separate breaker for that outlet or what else can be the problem?How do I take the middle control panel apart?

there is a fuse for that an if the fuse is ok the lighter its self may be bad..

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
After removing the ashtray, remove the facia panel mounting 2 screws.
Then disconnect the 3-p connector from cigarette lighter.
Disconnect thermal fuse case from the socket end.
Remove the ring nut and separate the cigarette lighter socket from the thermal protector.
