QUESTION: the turn signals don't work, but all the other lights work. what is wrong with it?

ANSWER: Well I would check for your hazard canister is not bad under your dash, check for blown fuses, maybe a relay, Let me know though if that is not the case and we will go from here:)

QUESTION: the hazard lights work but still no turn signals. where can  i get a fuse digram to see what fuse i need to change?

it does sound like a bad flasher unit E. It is located undert he dash on the driver side by the steering column. It should be a black relay/ circuit breaker device that is in the shape of a small black square:) Also check for any open connections or a bad turn signal switch that is on the steering column.
