Question
QUESTION: Ican get my trooper to go 55 with a little patience. But going up hill i cant get it out of 35. and thats with the petal to the floor. Any suggestions on how i can get some more power.

ANSWER: well you could add an aftermarket intake. Some new spark plugs/wires. Clean the fuel system well, add some lucas fuel treatment but with a 2.6 there's really not much to work with unless you add a turbo or supercharger but they are very $$$$.

QUESTION: actually i dont think its the pipe my neighboor told me it was a gasket i need to replace is that hard or what

Answer
Well if you are talking about the exhaust header/manifold gasket in a 2.6 liter 4 cylinder engine it should not be hard. Especially if there is only one header. I will be happy to give you step by step instructions or Autozone, advanced auto parts or NAPA, or oreilly's should have a printable diagram of what you are doing for easy reference. Or a manual would be even better. They are around 20.00 and are readily available Kevin.:)
