You wanted me to find out the transmission I had to determine where the overdrive solenoid is.

I have a Model 30-8OLE Aisin Warner.

If I am not mistake Tony it is inside the transmission if it is in fact an automatic. Also dealing with automatic transmissions  it takes a professional with years of schooling and experience. I am still looking in some of my old books though and will let you know what else I can dig up. Thank you for your patience as well and you will be hearing from me soon I hope!
