Isuzu Repair: 1998 amigo 2.2 missing, isuzu amigo, coil pack

I bought a 1998 isuzu amigo 2.2 and i put a new engine in it and when i started it up it has a mis and when you pull the injector wires or the plug wired from cyl 3 or 4 it makes no differance but if you do cyl 1 or 2 it quits. i checked the compression and it is 150 psi on all cyl. any suggestions

Well that tells you that either the injectors are bad and or coil pack/s. I would also have a power balance test done okay? The miss though could be caused by bad wiring or fouled plugs. Have you done a thorough inspection of your fuel system wiring harness for any faults?
