Isuzu Repair: AC Control Head, voltage drop test, ac compressor

Question
I replaced the AC compressor on my 2000 Rodeo, and then found out that whenever I try turning the AC on it was blowing the fuse. Next, I determine that the AC Control Head was not working.  I purchased a  used control head and the AC worked for three days.  It seems that the AC Control Head is out again because the light on the AC button is not on anymore.  Do you think I just got a bad AC Control Head or is there something that causing the AC control head to burn-out?

Answer
Well blowing fuses Terry means you have a short in your wiring system somewhere and you need to find it ASAP. The head unit worked for three days did it not and then burnt out? So we know there is too much voltage going to the ac head unit. I would chekc for any black spots in the wiring or try doing a voltage drop test on that specific harness okay? If you have any other questions though I am all ears okay?
