Isuzu Repair: A/C Blower Problem, blower motor resistor, isuzu rodeo

Question
Hi,
I read the post about a guy's A/C blower not working in his Isuzu Rodeo, I have the same problem, after I purchased a new blower due to a rear end shunt, the blower does not come on, swithced the the relay out with the one from the headlights and the lights came on, not sure if this is a correct method but the relay is the same, not sure if it uses same contacts, I havent tried jumpering yet but will, I just wanted to know what else you suggest, you mentioned something about taking out the dash, can you elaborate on that. Thanks!

Answer
Well I have encountered problems where a resistor(if not fixed will cause numerous problems like this. It is however located behind the glovebox. So i guess you got lucky on this one!!!Although I highly recommend checking and replacing the blower motor resistor Richard.
