Isuzu Repair: 2001 Isuzu Trooper - No Heat, coolant level, 2001 isuzu trooper

Question
The heat has stopped working on my 2001 Trooper.  The blower/fan still works.  The climate control panel has a lever for temperature adjustment.  Sliding the lever to increase the air temperature blown from the vents results in a clicking noise. The noise starts at about 70F on the panel.  Coolant level is good.  Any ideas?

Answer
well Susan. the lever actually controls how much air is blown into the car, not the control of how hot or how cold the heat or air is. It could be a bad blade something stuck on the fan, or bearing on the fan/motor assembly itself. Your heater core could be at fault as well. Also check for any bad connections.
