Isuzu Repair: 1993 Isuzu Amigo 2.6 Clutch Problems, clutch problems, clutch pedal

We replaced the clutch componets and when we tried to depress the clutch pedal it went to the floor. i opened the bleeder valve and fluid came out then went dry. Either the pedal stays up or goes down, nothing else. Should i replace the master or slave cylinders? or the hoses? Much thanks for the adivce.

exactly what did you replace. was there a leak before you replaced anything, is there a leak now? why did you replace it in the first place and are you sure you have all the right parts.
