mr howard i have change vac yes survo relay on left side panel at knee ad and  there was sompthing else that wices ran to from relay behind heater box i replace  that also. no low sped vac moter dont work.vac// good avcmoter just dont work to direct vav//3reyd

James, don't replace any parts until you find out what is wrong. With the diagram just use a powered jumper wire to test each section of the resistor to manually operate the fans. Then use a test light to check for where power is and is not (by the diagram) when the controls are in the different modes.

There are lots of things that control what happens at what times. If worse comes to worse Jaguar sells a extensive AC test manual that details the test procedure. The test procedure is very extensive as the system is complex.
