Jaguar Repair: 1987 xjsc jaguar 12 cylinder, gm module, jajuar

We have this 1987 Jajuar with only 15k miles was starting fine was a little rough cold but ran fine hot. we parked it out side for two days and now it will not start. Have checked and we have no spark from engine coil.

Hi Fred,
If you have no spark you need to start testing for power to the coils and a pulse on the negative side and if no pulse you need to test the pick up and air gap in the distributor. The ignition module has a GM module inside so if you determine that the module is bad just remove the GM module and have it matched up.
