hi there, i am a new owner of this car, its idle speed when warm is very high at around 1300 rpm. i have wound the idle adjustment screws (4) to there min adjustment with little or no effect. it starts ok and when warm pulls well,and burns no oil. it has only 30k miles from new.
i have lubed all the linkage and spindles etc to no effect,
could you advise please.

Hi Wayne,
There is a simple fact and that is no engine can run at 1300 RPM without air. If you cut the air down and it still idles at 1300 RPM then it is receiving air from somewhere else. So start pinching off hoses and then start spraying around all intake joints. It is receiving air from somewhere.
